Is it sad that Watchman (a highly anticipated, artistic and energetic film), is outranked by JCVD a mediocre, bland, boring film where the only enjoyable moment was where Van Dam rises into the ceiling and gives an extremely dull "oh feel bad for the rich actor" speech?
